There is a Magnolia Cemetery in Charleston.  It is as follows:

This is a very "active" cemetery so research is not a # 1 priority.
Research is done as time permits.  There is a charge of $20 per hour for
research.  I have been to the cemetery office and requested a look-up for a
specific surname, received a print-out very quickly.  At that time there was
not a specific charge so I made a donation.  A point of contact for Magnolia
Cemetery Trust is Ms Tracy Aull.  There is no website or e-mail access.  If
you have the opportunity to visit, please do.  It is a lovely, well-tended
cemetery.
