Would you please do a lookup for the surname STUKES. I know that William
STUKES
was a loyalist as he had just come over to Charleston from England. His
property was
amerced a 12% tax penalty. So I assume that is all that happened to him.
He died in 1783 so it would have been to late to do anything else as
punishment.
