Subject: Re: Low/Hammett in Spartanburg From: JNGW Date: March 10, 1998 Jane, Check just across the Spartanburg line into Greenville County. There is an old HAMMETT cemetary on Hammett's Bridge Rd. near Riverside High School. There were a number of Hammett's living in this area beginning in the 1800's. The Greenville County Library might have the name listed in cemetary records for the area. Good luck.
