Hello,

I am now returned after a brief hiatus and have a request for the list.

I recently found in the library an Index of various deed and will books for 
the state of SC called "Abstract of Early Records of Laurens County, SC 
(1785-1820)".  In the book were three listings which approximate the spelling 
of my surname (HESTERLY).  Can someone, who perhaps lives in or near Laurens, 
check to see if the original is to  be found at the Laurens County Courthouse 
or in the state Archives?  Thanks.
