  Land documents available online
Access to old and current land documents, such as deed files and permits,
are now available online through the Division of State Lands. Among the 45
document types to choose from are those on conservation easements, current
submerged land leases, index to original U.S. and state survey field
notebooks, Murphy Act deeds, plats of the Florida Keys, railroad deed
records, U.S. survey township maps, use agreements and abstracts of early
land claims. To access the documents, go to www.myflorida.com, click
environment, then search, land program and document title search, and
document search. Users can search for specific documents with the search
engine and basic information. Technical assistance is available.
