The State of South Carolina
Know all men by these presents that I John Miller of the State of North
Carolina Rutherford County in consideration of Sixty Dollars true paid by
James Trusdel of Lancaster District of South Carolina planter have
granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and release unto the said James Trusdel all that land Parcel
or tract of land containing one hundred Acres more or less ******** when
signed Situate in Lancaster District on the Branch of little linches
Creek bounded on all sides by Vacant land having such shapes signs and
marks as appear by a plat to the grant ********* which said John Miller
on the 1st day of March 1775 by his Excellency William Bull governor
Together with all and singular the ******** before question unto the said
James Trusdel his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself
and my heirs to Warrant and forever ******* all and Singular the said
premises unto the said James Trusdel his heirs and assigns against myself
and my heirs lawfully claiming or to Claim the whole or any parts thereof
Witness my hand and Seal this eighth day of November in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and five and in the Twenty Ninth year of
the independence of the United States of America
