Bill,

There is a copy at the SC State Department of Archives and History in
Columbia. I saw it on the shelf on Thursday. I seem to recall seeing one
on the shelf here in Sumter also. More than likely there are a number of
libraries and archives around the state with copies of the book. Maybe
your friend could get one via inter-libary loan.
