Hi Ruth - found some info.  Father of Jacob Kinard was
Graham Kinard (b. 1798 in Barnwell County, SC)) and 
mother was Eve Sease (b. 1798 in Barnwell County, SC 
and died 01.07.1862 in Union Parish, LA).  His father was 
Daniel Kinard (b. about 1775) and mother is blank.  However, 
there is a note, "other spouses," and it says Molsy Renta.  
His father and mother is blank.  If you go to 
http://www.familytreemaker.com/ and do a search, you will find
several sites with information and the children of Graham &
