I inherited a virus from a friend and believe that it may have gone
out in messages that I mailed in the last couple of days. It is
called Kak, and attacks outlook express. below are instructions on
how to clean up your email from this virus. Symatec has a virus
checker for this. Kak attaches to your signature file, it
automatically infects who ever receives the email. It does not come
as an attachment.

To clean up Outlook Express: In your outlook express open the tools
pull down. Select
> Options, Select signatures, You will see what signature file you
have
> on your mail. Check the file line, and the message edit. delete
> both, if the file line shows kak in it. This file automatically
goes
> with any mail that is sent even if there is no execute file.
