In the name of God, Amen.
I, Joshua Wesbery of St. Barthalmews Parish being weak in body but of 
Perfect mind and Memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament 
and what it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I dispose of in 
Manner and form following Imprimis.  After the discharge of my lawful Debts 
and Funeral charges, I give and bequeath to my Loving Brothers, William 
Wesbery and John Wesbery, All my Lands or Real Estate to be equally divided 
between them for them and their hiers forever-
Item- I give to my brother John Likewise my Riding Horse and Saddle for him 
and his heirs forever.
Item- I give to my brother William Likewise all my wearing Apparell for him 
and his heirs forever.
Item- I give to my Loving Sister Elizabeth Wesbery two Black Maires a young 
horse and two young creetures there increase branded with my proper Brand, 
for her and her heirs forever.
Item- I give to my Loving Sister Sarah Mackey The sum of Twenty Pounds 
Currency for her and her heirs forever.
Item- I give to my Loving Sister Mary Wesbery Thirty Five pounds Currency 
For her and her heirs forever.
Item- I give to my Loving Mother out of my Estate the sum of Fifty Pounds 
current money for her and her heirs forever.
Item- I Impower my Executors hereafter Mentioned to Expose to publick Sale 
my Negro fellow called Vinter and the Money's ariveing on such Sale 
together with all the Remainder of My Estate Equally to divide between my 
Loving Sisters Martha Wesbery and Elizabeth Wesbery and my Brother John 
Wesbery at the day of Marriage which I give and Bequeath to them forever.
I Constitute and appoint my Loving Cousins William Sanders and James Andrew 
to Execute this my Last Will and Testament and revoake and disannule Every 
will by me heretofore made- Acknowledging this and no other to be my Last 
Will and Testament in witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal 
this the twentieth day of December Seventeen hundred and fifty five.
