My grandparents would be so ashamed of me for leaving their names off my
list of surnames posted previously so am posting them here in case there
are any with Jones ancestors on this list.  I only have this tiny bit that
someone looked up for me this past weekend while in the library.

Sallie A. Jones (her name was Sarah Ann Garner), age 28, born Mississippi,
parent born in GA
***married 11 years
***listed as farmer with rest of family having no occupation
Children: listed as 5 with only 4 living
William O.(should have been A. for Arthur), age 7, born Louisiana
Henry G. Jones, age 5, born Louisiana
Nettie F. (was actually spelled Phelicia...this was my mother), age 3, born
Louisiana
Mary Jones, age 1, born GA

another family:
Thomas Jones, age 56, born in GA
Mary Jones, age 53, born in SC
Willie Jones, age 14, son ******my brother was named Willie Eugene so feel
there is a connection here between this family and my grandparents)
Bessie Jones, age 11, daughter
Lula Tuggle, age 23, daughter
Robert Tuggle, age 14/12, grandson
George E. Jones, age 7, grandson

Don't know what the connection there is between these last two families but
one researcher who had been in the field for many years once told me to
check 10 doors up and 10 doors down from my own ancestor when doing census
reports and I would find relatives to my ancestors.  If anyone recognizes
these names please let me know.
