I am wondering if this could be my John Roberts? I have no way of knowing. 
Following is what I have:
Dr. John R. Roberts b. 1708 French Santee, SC d. 1791 French Santee, SC 
married (unknown). He was the s/o Jean (John) Roberts b.1687 French Santee- 
d.1760 French Santee & Elizabeth Dixon b. bef 1691 d. 1760 French Santee, SC

Dr. John R. Roberts had two son's Lewis Roberts b. 1750 SC d. 1823 GA
and John III Roberts b. 1755 SC.
