Subject: John B. Clark/Clarke-1830 census From: Susan Johanson Date: July 14, 2000 I am looking for a John B. Clark/Clarke in SC in 1830. He is in Anderson Co. by 1833 and shows up on the Anderson Census by 1840. I think that he may have been in Greenville, SC in 1830 because his wife was a Sammons/Salmon probably from Greenville. The index for the 1830 Greenville, SC Census shows three John Clarks, two of which are good possibilities to be mine. Note the page numbers of the full census are in the index--290 and 312. 1830 CLARK JOHN T. Greenville County SC 290 Greenville District 1830 CLARK JOHN Greenville County SC 290 Greenville District 1830 CLARK JOHN Greenvill County SC 312 Greenville District Does anyone have access to the full 1830 Greenville census that shows the number of children of these John Clarks? Any help would be really appreciated. Susan Clark Johanson -- Susan C.
