Richard H. Moore, son of Stanley & Lydia Moore, was born in Pitt Co., NC in
1841. His grandfather was Richard Moore, a vet of Am. Rev., & his g-
grandfather, Matthais Moore, signed the Pitt Co. Declaration of Independence.
He married Sarah Carney, served in The Confederate Army, and arrived in TX
during Reconstruction> He married 2nd Margaret Harrison Clary.  If this is
