Subject: James McKenzie, "The Retreat" in 1796 From: karen busby Date: April 24, 1998 Hello, I am trying to locate any information on James MCKENZIE, of London. James MCKENZIE and James STRACHAN bought 389 acres of land called "The Retreat" from Edward HARE. Edward HARE was under an execution against him and forced to sell. James MCKENZIE and James STRACHAN sold "The Retreat" to James LEE in 1798. Any help on James MCKENZIE will be greatly appreciated.
