Hello- It has been close to a year since I posted this, so I will give
 it another try.  Joseph Whitner Young b. 6-25-1849 Pickens S.C d.
 11-22-1932 Mt. Vernon, TX. My great grandfather. We know his mother's
 line but have been unable to establish his father as he was born out of
wedlock.  His mother Sarah Young Connaly had two children out of
 wedlock, the first a girl whose father was E.B. Moseley but J.W. does
 not appear to be his child.  Sarah filed bastardy charges against E. B.
 Mosely in 1950 for Eliza A (Annie) Young after J.W.'s birth.  The
 soliciter on the case was a Joseph Whitner, any suggestions?  Sarah's
 mother had a child out of wedlock and gave the child his father's last
 father.  Looking for a miracle.  Lelia
