Hi Ginger:

There were HUTTO's in Columbia at least during the 1940's and 1950's.   One
was a captain with the Highway Patrol - his son Joe attended Schneider
Elementary School, Hand Jr. High School, and Dreher High School, graduated
Dreher in 1955.
