In other words, when you forward an item from the "digest" to the "List", please be so kind as to change the subject to something meaningful to whatever the artical is about!  Also, when one comments on a forwarded digest artical, please explain or show that which you are commenting on.  It is only common sense - and common courtesy, to do so.  Thank you fo your time.

Apparently, Antoinette didn't understand my question, since she defined the word "hoot" instead of answering the question that was asked.

All I was trying to do was point out that those who subscribe to Roots-L have no way of knowing which post one is answering unless one includes the title or a portion of the original post.
