The way I do it is to click on "file", "save as", "file" (or control S), 3/1"
Floppy A (or your floppy designation), and then "Save".
Just make sure that the "Save as type" "is Plain Text (*.txt)"  This should save
the body of every selected email to a single text document on the floppy drive
