Subject: Harvin-Nowell? From: Sarah H Keels Date: September 24, 1998 My ancestor, John Harvin 1793-1869, of Clarendon County is said to have married Rebecca Naomi Nowell of Edgefield in 1807. Richard Harvin III's wife Elizabeth is her sister. I can find no source for this other than the Nelson manuscript which many people have. Is there anyone out there that knows anything about this? Are there other Nowells in Edgefield? I'll appreciate any help.
