NICY GREEN vs. JAMES J. GREEN, et al.
Partition Proceedings, Filed Sept 7, 1852		

George Green, late of Barnwell District died intestate on Aug 14, 1849, 
leaving his next of kin and heirs, his widow, the said Nicy Green, and 
eight children, viz: James J., William F., Sarah, Rebecca, Jesse, VanBuren, 
Caroline and Susannah-(the last 6 being minors).
The said James J. Green is the Admr.
Deceased owned four tracts of land in said District containing in all 751 
acres as per four plats of same made by William Burkhalter, Dept Surveyor, 
April 28, 1852, and annexed to the petition.
Division of property is sought between the heirs.
The property was ordered sold and the proceeds divided.
