Oliver-Thomas- Heard Cemetery
located in southwest Elbert Co from intersection of Ga St Hwy 17 & 72
northwest of Elberton go southwest on hwy 72 approx 3 miles to secondary
paved road on left and go approx 1.7/10 miles to a crossing dirt
road,turn right on dirt road ad go approx 2.2/10 mies to cemetery site
on left side of road .proceed on foot 100 feet eastwardly into woods to
cemetery locatin .gravesites are all large flat sabs lying on 2" marble
vaults
