Is there a way to find a will that had to be rewritten. The first most 
probably never being published.

I am researching a man who in his registered will says that this will erases 
any previous wills written by him. I am assuming that during slavery, he may 
have written his will to include his slaves as property given to his 
children. I am curious to know if there is a way to find out anything about 
the first will?
