Winterbourne, Gloucester, gent., and last Lieutenant of H.M.S. Chichester, 
dated 13 May 1750. To my sisters Alice and Isabella Payne L 200 each.  L10 
each for the mournming to them and to my aunt Ann Chambers; to William 
Chambers , her son; to Charles Chambers, son of the said William Cchambers ; 
to my brother s William, Laurence, and Richard Payne; to Mary Trimble; to my  
brother-in-law Walter Rainstorp. Household goods to my wifw Martha. My lands 
and tenements Ccarolina, England, and Ireland in trust to my executors who 
are to be my wife, John Heylyn of Bristol, merchant, John Deverell the elder 
of the same, surgeon, and William Payne King, late of Coney Hatch, Middlesex, 
gent.,, who are empowered to sell the same and divide the proceeds between my 
wife and her heirs.  Witnessed John Rainstorp, Jane Rourk, Caleb Esse.Proved
