same source  pg. 51  JOHN DOGETT OF CAROLINA.   This will takes the form of a 
letter of 8 July 1703 written by Benjamin Dogett, formerly a London merchant, 
to his brother , John Dogett in London. The letter , of which lengthy 
extracts appear in the P,C.C. Register, refers to Sister de Bary, a bother 
Otgher giving an acount of his mother's death in Carolina, and to the fact 
that John Dogett had left his wife and children in Carolina and was alleged 
by Otgher Dogett to be rein the Fleet Prison in London. The mother of the 
three  brothers is stated to have left a will appointing Otgher sole 
executor.  The letter ends:" I have to tell you I make you my sole executor 
in case mortality ...Designing to make my will I leave you all I have...Mr. 
Bl;ood who lives with us is witness to my hand. My service to honest Tony. I 
am ,dear Jack , your truly loving brother, Ben.Dogett. On 14 Novembver 1706 
appeared personally Anthony Grindall of St. Brides, London, Esq.. aged above 
30 years, and John Seymour of St. Botolph  without Aldgate, distiller , aged 
above 30 years, who deposes that they knew Benjamin Dogett  who died in 
Jamica and had known him for 10 years, They attested to his handwriting.
