Will of Margaret Colleton  of Hill Street, St. George, Hanover Square, widow 
of John Colleton, Esq. dated 13 August 1779. My Barony of Wattboo and the 
Plantations of Wattboo and Mepshoo in South Carolina given trust to Thomas 
Boone. late Govenor of South Carolina and now Commissioner of H>MM> Customs, 
and Charles Garth of Devizes. Wiltshire , Esq., for William Masterman and 
Thomas Lloyd , both of Grays Inn, Middlesex, for the use and benefit of James 
Edward Colleton of Haines Hill, Buckinghamshire, Esq., the only brother of my 
late husband , with entail  to James Nassau Colleton, eldest son of  Captain 
Robert Colleton, deceased , and and grandsop of the late Sir John Colleton, 
now  a clerk in Lord Weymouth's Offiiice; Charles Sackville Colleton , a 
Lieutenant in the Artillery , now in America and brother  of James Nassau  
Colletonnn ; and the said Thomas Boone, a relation  of my late husband. By 
account  sent by Robert Raper, my agent in South Carolina , my Plantations  
are clear of debt. Annuity of L 50  to Lucy Cordelia  Colleton, sister of 
James Nassau  and Charles Sacksville Colleton. To Allen  Swainston of the 
City of York , doctor of physick , son of my late brother  Robert Swainston  
of Barnard Castle , Durham , L1000. Many other bequests. Witnessed John 
Kirton, J. Ritson, John Howes. Cocicil  dated 6 November 1779. Will proved 9
