I saw the listing by Steven J. Coker for the GAYLARD/GAILLARD surname
for the Huguenot Society on Rootsweb. I have a Nathan
Richard Gaylard (Gaillard, Gaylord) b. 15 Oct 1820 in Sumter District,
SC. He married Mary Abigail McCaskill of Kershaw Co., SC in 1838 and
resided in Sumter Co., SC until 1860 when he removed to Suwannee Co.,
FL. Children: Sarah Victoria, Thomas M., John W., Keren, Mary, Nathan
Adril, Abigail, Mary Julia, and Thomas Lee. I am looking for the parents
of Nathan Gaylard. Do you have anything in your files that would help
me? Thank you.
