In the hopes that there are some new folks on line since the last time I
posted this, I am still looking for information on the ancestry of
Nathaniel GAY of Kershaw County, SC.

According to records I have found, Nathaniel GAY was born 12 Aug 1812 in
Kershaw County, to parents unknown........yet.  About 1838, he married
Margaret J. WILLIAMS, nothing known on her ancestry either.  She was b.
30 Jan 1812 and d. 4 Jul 1890.  They are both buried at Bethany Baptist
Church Cemetery at Westville, Kershaw, SC.  They had twelve [12] known
children.

Any help and/or guidance with this family would be greatly appreciated.
