Thanks so very much! I spent the day in the National Archives yesterday, 
should have just stayed home checking my email :)
I had figured out that Phobe E., later Seba E., was actually Sibbie E. On the 
death certificate of her son, David Aaron Rivers, she is listed as Sybil 
Fikes. 
Do you know how David Fikes, her father, fits in with the other Lexington SC 
Fikes? He is of the proper age to be a son of George, but is not listed as 
such.
Also, would you know if David's wife, Mary Crout, was previously married name 
and Emeline Crout was her daughter?
