There is a Felderville on 301, which is in Orangeburg County, named for
the branch of the Felder family there. There was also a Felder family in
Clarendon County, descended from one of Orangeburg John Henry Felder's
sons. Culler, in his "Orangeburgh District," notes that one of the
Clarendon County Felders was actually one of the largest property owners
of Orangeburgh County.

I think the Clarendon County Felders lived near Summerton, judging from
their census neighbors and the folks they married, so I'd look in that
area for "Felder" in Clarendon County.
