There is a plantation Between Mt Pleasnat and Awendaw It was once a huge
now it is used as a hunting club in the national forest. if you want
info on it.I can give yu the nae and phone no of the man who leased it.I
have hunted there with them and the people from Charlie Wood. which is
next door. I love the woods and I have many times sat way in the swamps
and watched the old hogs and alligators wander around.    It had not
lost its beauty through the years. but they logged out a lot of it. its
growing back now.
