The problem was that the discussion, as formulated, was asking for volunteers
to violate the terms of the service agreement posted on their site.  If they
give specific permission in advance for a subscriber to conduct such searches,
then it would be okay.  Otherwise, it probably is not.  

Remember, one of the basic functions of this forum is for subscribers to post
general inquiries about specific names, dates, etc.  It is up to the
subscriber's who receive the general inquiries to use their common sense and
best judgment in determining where to do lookups, what can be shared, and how
it can be presented.  If someone searches an online database and shares the
results with another, outside of the forum, that is no business of mine.  Just
don't mention it inside the forum if there is any doubt about its legality.

When in doubt, leave it out.
