Thanks for the info. My grandmother always said that her grandfather was a
preacher so maybe I can tie this in. Also the next time I'm in Florence,
I'll try to contact Mr. Joe Durant. I don't travel to Florence as much as I
used to since my other grandmother died. I should since I have tons of
aunts, uncles and cousins there.

Some of the other names that I have been researching are:

Very common names for Florence and Williamsburg counties.
