Thank you, Kay!

REV. JOHN E. DUBOIS did in fact have a brother William and we know from
Rev. John's writings he (John) landed first in Autauga County when in
AL.  William, however, would have only been 35 in 1850. Another case of
the census taker not hearing right, or else he is a distant
relative--I've gone back 3 generations prior to 1850 and haven't found a
way for him to be very close if he is not the William, age 35. The John
E., age 27, is probably a nephew.

Pardon my newbie question again, but is there other info listed in the
1850 census?  Property values, occupation, slaves, etc.?
