I have just seen it happen where I was replying to a message,  I clicked reply
all, and I saw in the "TO"  area of the e-mail, SCROOTS-L listed twice.  I'm
sorry I didn't catch it before sending, but this looks to maybe be the culprit
for everyone (including myself) who is sometimes receiving duplicate messages.

I am on AOL and use their mail.
