Hi!

    Do you know of a HODGES and DIAL connection?  They were supposedly in 
the same group going West to Sumter Co., AL from Newberry Co., SC.  Robert 
Hodges and children:  Allen, James and Cely Ann (Hillson) Hodges were in 
Autauga Co., AL by 1820's and Sumter Co., AL by 1840.  Robert died in 1843 
and Allen soon after in 1844.  James Hodges married Rosanna Boyd in 1844 in 
AL.  Was Jeremiah the father of Jane (Jeanette) Boyd?  Were the Boyd's ever 
in Autauga Co., AL?

   I would appreciate anything on the connection or the migration trip!
