I am wondering if your Dempsey's are part of the ones married into my 
PEEPLES/MIXON/MIXSON/FREEMAN family?  I have a THAD F. DEMPSEY b.8/121895 at 
Hampton d.9/2/1956 and buried at Sand Hill.  I really related to just about 
everyone buried there.  THAD was m. to MARY ELIZABETH PEEPLES.  Another 
DEMPSEY is B. FRANK DEMPSEY m. ALMA PEEPLES.  I have a CLARA E. MIXSON m. to 
LUDA DEMPSEY d.10/1967.  I have an Aunt THELMA FREEMAN (who just recently 
passed) m. B.F. DEMPSEY.  There is a MILLY MIXSON m. SIMEON DEMPSEY.  ELLEN 
LOUISE MIXSON m. RAYMOND DEMPSEY. And then there is THELMA IDEL MIXSON m. 
CURTIS DEMPSEY.  Let me know if any of these match any of yours.
