There are two Hayward family members mentioned in the Charleston
Freedman Bank records.
1) Mary Hayward, sister of Moses Drayton; parents are Jack and Caty;
born and raised on James Island.
2) Hagar Hayward- related to Ishmael Pinckney from James Island; slaves
From McLeod Plantation; Father was Ishmael, mother was Jennie.
