Peter Coldham has published a series of books on immigration to the
american colonies from england.  "The Complete Book of Emigrants
1607 - 1776 is a six volume series that is on CD rom from GPC in
Baltimore.  He has also published a couple of books on forced
Emigrants from England to their colonies.  Can't remember that book.
