What I was saying, that because of confusion of some non-members about the
value and use of inherited lineage papers, some think they can  not join
without inheriting these papers.  This incorrect concept needs to be

That is not the case.  The majority of lineage papers that can be found at
the wonderful and impressive libraries of both these organizations are
correct, through and very helpful.
