Cumberland Church - Barb McGartland

I would like to ask if anyone out there would happen to have information about  the Cumberland Methodist Episcopal Church that was founded in
1790 and was in existence until after the Civil War  then merged with Trinity ME Church ?

Also could  someone suggest where the Trinity Cemetery  and St Johns Chapel  might be located in Charleston ?
I have found death  notices   for individuals  buried  in Trinity Cemetery in 1847 and St. Johns Chapel in 1881 but   I do not
know where in Charleston to look for these Burial Grounds.  Thanks to all for your help.
