Subject: RE: Colonial Period Reseach From: Mickey Fournier Date: March 02, 2001 Good Heavens, DON'T miss the State Archives at Columbia. I don't have the exact address but it is on Parklane Ave. You can access it from Two Notch Road or I-277. It is sort of in the I-26, I-77, I-277 triangle. They have all the Revolutionary War records - they kept better state-level records than any place else I have been. They also have all the Laurens County official records on microfilm. Their library section has published works on the various counties. And, last but not least, they have the most helpful staff in the Southeastern U.S. BTW what Wrights are you researching?
