Just wondering if anyone has come across this name in their
research. I have:

CLASTVRIER, Maximilian (grandparent of Max WELCH; Chas, SC)
white, male, 77yrs - died 2 Dec 1825 in Chas, SC
b. 1758 in France

The name is listed as CLASTVER in the Chas. Orphan House
Records.
I have found immigration record for Charles, but not
Maximilian.
