Subject: Civil War and Cooper River Bridge From: Bkstgmama Date: July 22, 1999 My ancestor Dargon Pinckney ELLIOTT was killed during the Civil War at the blowing up of the Cooper River Bridge. Can anyone please tell me where that bridge would have been? We will be visiting the area in September and would like to see where that would have been.
