While digging for my Scotts today found this in request for an estate
partition in Sumter county Court judgements.  Salt Lake City Film number
0355937.  Microfilmer mislabled the book showing it to be Vol A, but belive
it to really be Vol. G.  p. 29  don't have all of it.  It shared the page
with a judgement again Isaac Scott.

dated 25 May 1819 Court of Common Pleas for Sumter District for a Writ of
Partition to divide Certain Personal Estate limited to Moses Bradley for
life and afterwards to return to the children of the said Elizabeth Bradley
and whereas the said Elizabeth Bradley had departed this life leaving four
children or their representatives entitled to distributive shares of the
property so limited viz: {child one} Jennet English her husband Edward
English {child two}, James Bradley who have departed this life leaving his
widow Mary Bradley, William Bradley James Bradley, Robert Bradley, Mary
Bradley and her Husband Samuel Willson Martha Jennet Bradley, Sarah Bradley
and Samuel Bradley his children and heirs at law; {child three} Roger
Bradley who have departed this life leaving Marth Bradley his widow, John
Bradley, Theodosia Bradley, Martha Bradley, Elizabeth Bradley, Mary Bradley,
Sarah Bradley, David Bradley, Thomas R. Bradley his heirs at law; {child
four} Samuel Bradley who is since dead leaving Mary Bradley, Milton Bradley,
Elizabeth Bradley, Emeline Bradley, Margaret Bradley, Adeline Bradley his
heirs at law.
