Your message caught my eye because of the Fairfield Co. reference. I have
no info on McCants, but happen to live in Fairfield and noticed your reference
to the Cheek family. My father was a Cheek and am trying to locate his
ancestry info. Family originated in Alamance and Guilford County NC. He
was born in 1902. Any clues?
