Hi,
I tried the site and got an error message also, then I did something that has
worked for me many times in the past.  I erased the last section of the address
back to the previous slash (/). This time I erased
http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~usgwqury/qurysrch.cgi back to
http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~usgwqury/.  Then I got a message that the site had
moved to:
http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/qindex.html  I tried this new address and it
worked.

The correct address is: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~usgwqury/qurysrch.cgi
