Looking for information on CHARLESTON ORPHAN HOME - 260 Calhoun St.,
Charleston in 1910.  I have found my father and 3 of his sinlings listed
there in the 1910 census.  Their names were Ropbert OLIVER age 6, Cecil
Oliver age 7 (my father), Charles OLIVERage 10, and Lottie Oliver age
12.

I would like to know under what conditions a child would be placed in
the home in 1910 and where information might be obtained and are other
records available.

The parents of the above children were Joseph Charles OLIVER   m. Daisy
Mary REILLY.

Any and all information will be greatly appreciated.
