CHARLES PORTER (SR.)(b. bef. 1734, died 1795); lived Isle of Wight; died in 
Edgecombe/Anson County NC. Married Unk.
His children were: Charles Jr. (ca1750->1835); Elizabeth; Kesiah; Martha; 
Moody; Thomas; Silvea.

CHARLES PORTER (JR.)(b. ca 1750; died 1835 Anson County NC); married Charity 
POPE and had James Barnaby Porter. Married Unk. and had these children: 
Charles M. (1807-1882); William C. (ca1810->1870); Alexander (1811-1898); 
Stephen; Judith; Miles W. (ca1821-1856)

CHARLES M. PORTER (1807-1882), born in Anson County, NC, died in FAIRFIELD 
COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA. He married (1) Phoebe unk; (2) EMILY McCANTS; and 
(3)ELIZ. CASON.
