Hi Ginger,
Re your message below:
Unfortunately sometimes people were missed - either because they did not wish
to be on the census (we are having that problem now with the 2000 census) or
because they were just missed by accident. I have the same situation with
the 1900 census in Roger Mills Co., Oklahoma. I know they were there (have
homestead and other documentation) - their brothers and sisters and uncles
and aunts families are listed in the census - their farms were in the same
area - and yet they are not on that census. They are even written up in
histories in the area as being the first family to have a dugout with a wood
roof. Unfortunately, it just happened sometimes. Take care - Emma

By all accounts my ancestors were born and at most resided in Georgetown
County. I have just went through the 1870 and 1920 Georgetown County Census
page by page and did not find a one of them.
Would there be a reason why I would not find them? Your help is greatly
 appreciated in this matter!
My surnames that I am researching:

 Thank you,
